Reiki Healing Session
Reiki is a very specific Japanese form of energy healing that cleanses and balances the body's energy field. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain.
Reiki is an excellent modality to choose for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that if one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Many have reported miraculous results.
Reiki is a beneficial healing modality that is very popular and utilized for health and wellness. It is based on energetic principles and is practiced in many hospitals, medical settings, and in wellness centers around the world.

Reiki is a Japanese word meaning "Universal Life-Force-Energy". The "Ki" part is the same word as Chi or Qi, the Chinese word or Prana, the energy which underlies everything.
Elements of Reiki have their origins in ancient Tibet and are also evident in India. Reiki was re-discovered by Dr. Usui in the late 1800's in Japan after a 7 year period of travel and research to find the ancient practice of hands on healing.
When we were children, we would come to our parents or caregivers and they would put their loving hands close to the wounded area and it would heal more quickly.
This is exactly how Reiki works - The Reiki practitioners hands are placed just off the body or lightly touching the body, she places her hands where the pain is and the energy flows freely through her hands, going where it's most needed.
Reiki is a simple, yet profound hands-on healing system for giving that energy to someone for the purpose of healing. It helps to reduce stress, treats insomnia, anxiety and depression, reduces pain and inflammation.
Experience it's gentle, yet powerful healing effect on your life!

Stone Therapy is a style of massage where stones are placed at specific sites on your body to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles treated with these stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.

Pregnancy can be divided into weeks and sometimes days. A pregnancy that is “36 and 3/7 weeks” means “36 weeks and 3 days of pregnancy.” The 40 weeks of pregnancy often are grouped into three trimesters. Each trimester lasts about 12–13 weeks (or about 3 months):
